HOMEMADE KETCHUP
COURSE: SAUCES & RUBS CUISINE: AMERICAN
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz can Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Swerve Granular Sweetener
- 3/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 3/4 tsp granulated onion
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tbsp Lakanto
- 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a small pot
- Stir on low heat for a few minutes
- Allow to cool
- Store in a jar in refrigerator
