Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Instructions
- Ingredients3 cups gluten free flour blend1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder3 Tbsp sugar1 Tbsp yeast1 1/4 cup warm water1 Tbsp Olive oilInstructions1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C)2) In a small bowl, combine yeast and 3/4 cup warm water ( 180 ml)- about 40c temp or else it will destroy the yeast. Sprinkle in 1 Tbsp of the sugar3) In a separate bowl, combine gluten free flour blend, salt, baking powder and remaining 2 Tbsp sugar4) Make a well in the dry mixture and add the yeast mixture, Add Olive oil and additional 1/2 cup water before stirring. Then stir using a wooden spoon until well combined.5)Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza stone with non-stick spray and place the dough, Using your hands and a little brown rice flour if it gets far too sticky, knead the dough out. Best to thin it out to 1/4 inch6)Place the pizza in the oven to pre-bake for 25-30 minutes or until dry7) Remove from the oven and spread generously with your pizza sauce, toppings and place back in the oven gain for another 20-25 minutes or until golden brown8) Cut immediately and Enjoy.
